Half angel and half human, Aaron holds the weight of the world in his hands in the fourth book of the New York Times bestselling The Fallen series.

The war between Heaven and Hell rages on. The devil has possessed Lucifer's body and is intent on unleashing unfathomable chaos in the world. But no matter the cost, Aaron and the other Nephilim are determined to protect humanity.

As the casualties mount around them, Aaron and his beloved Vilma's loyalty and faith will be tested. And in this next installment of the The Fallen series, they're out to prove that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger...

Forsaken (Fallen Series #4)

There is going to be another book after this but I don't know when it comes out.

The Fallen 3: End of Days

Victory is fleeting, but defeat is eternal.

The war between Heaven and Hell rages on. Aaron, half-angel and half-human, commands the Fallen in their quest to protect humanity. But evil forces gain strength at every turn. And lurking somewhere in the shadows is Archangel Gabriel’s instrument with the power to call down the End of Days.

Aaron draws confidence from the girl he loves as he struggles to make peace with his legacy as Lucifer’s son. These are desperate times, and Aaron knows the Fallen will need to forge new, unlikely alliances to survive.

With the fate of the world hanging in the balance, Aaron will stop at nothing to defend civilization—and the girl who holds his heart. Even if it means venturing to Hell and back.
Coming out on September 6, 2011
Cost $9.99

The Fallen End of Days by Thomas E. Sniegoski

If you are wondering why this is titled as number 3 it is because the first four books was reprinted in to two new volumes. The Fallen 1: The Fallen and Leviathan and The Fallen 2: Aerie and Reckoning.

For some reason, after over a year, my brain has switched back to Fallen mode and I have this urge to write Fallen fics. More specifically I have an urge to write the fic that would encompass Good Omens that I wrote I while ago. The "what-if-Lucifer-found-out-that-Taylor-was-pregnant-before-he-left" fic. I have specific scenes in my head and everything! >_< But this is such a small fandom I'm not sure if anyone would ever read it. What about it? Anyone still into this fandom?

Is the website the cute girl showed Aaron real. I can't find anything on Nephilim on line.

Thanks ahead of time.

Hey gang!

Thanks for your interest in the show! I happened to be tooling around the internet and found this group. Pretty cool. Fans can have a big impact on a show. I play the voice of Gabriel in Fallen. THanks for watching and I hope you enjoy my performance as Aaron's best buddy!

Take care!

Last one for the near future, I promise. I'm 3/4 of the way through this book, and it's the most hilarious thing I've read in a long time.

Good Omens (book) - by Niel Gaiman and Terry Pratchet. It's about armageddon, an angel and demon teaming up to find a missplaced 11-year-old antichrist, the four bikers of the apocalypse, and all sorts of other funny bits. Here's a exurb:

I can't believe I forgot about this book. I read it right after I finished the Fallen series. You kind of have to have read the 4th book in the series (particularly know Taylor and Lucifer's story) to understand why I'm making this recommendation, but even if you haven't, look into this one. It's really very good.

Requiem for the Devil (book) - Set in modern-day Washington, D.C., REQUIEM depicts the end of the Devil's ten-billion-year career. For the first time in his existence, Lucifer falls in love, and this event threatens to transform his identity and perhaps even his destiny. Gianna O'Keefe is the woman who drags him out of his ancient despair and points him toward possible salvation. Yet Lucifer's path from evil is neither straight nor smooth. Pursuing love means betraying his fellow fallen angels, the loyal friends who once followed him to damnation. Divine and infernal forces seem to conspire against his and Gianna's union. Lucifer's empire crumbles around him as he dares to defy the natural order and question his fate. ~ Author's Website.

You guys should also check out her website. She has funny character bios and the first chapter of the book posted there.

Since we're all fans of the series here, I thought I'd recommend some books and comics with similar themes. These are all the ones I've read or listened to. I'm sure there are more. Some of these are more adult than others, but they're all probably for ages 15 and up. Wouldn't really recommend them to anyone younger.

Fallen Angel (comic) - Gliding through the streets of the fate-filled city of Bete Noire, the Fallen Angel has been a force both for good and evil. But her origins have remained as mystery-cloaked as the Angel herself... until now. See the truth of her background unfold for the first time as the most formidable opponent she's ever faced tracks her down with an offer that she may not be able to refuse... even though, in accepting it, the life she knows may well be over. ~ Amazon

Lucifer (comic) - In the earlier related series The Sandman, written by Neil Gaiman, Lucifer abandoned his lordship over Hell. While Lucifer had previously appeared in various stereotypical guises in earlier DC books, Gaiman's version was unique and premised on English poet and prose writer John Milton's Paradise Lost. In the Sandman series, Lucifer had ruled as lord of Hell for ten billion years. Over that time, he had manipulated the various demons of Hell against each other, provided a place for dead mortals to be tormented, and led the war against Heaven. However, at some point during his rule, he had become bored with his existence. He became tired of the various stereotypes that mortals held of the devil, such as the idea that he purchased and traded for souls, which were largely untrue. He had become tired of his reign over Hell, and felt it an unfair punishment that he should have to rule there forever simply because he once rebelled. In the Sandman story Season of Mists, Lucifer expels all demons and damned souls from Hell before locking Hell's gates and handing over the key to Hell to Dream of the Endless, the title character of The Sandman series. Eventually, control of Hell was handed over to two Angels, Duma (the angel of silence) and Remiel ("who stumbled rather than fell"), while Lucifer simply retired to Earth, specifically to Perth, Western Australia. ~ Wikipedia

I, Lucifer (book) - In Paradise Lost, Milton set out to "justifie the wayes of God to men." In this novel, British author Duncan (Hope; Love Remains) attempts to justify the ways of Satan to the hip. God gives his evil subaltern a month in a human body, with an option to own, thus permanently casting off his pain-racked cosmological being. The grim alternative for Lucifer is to subsist in eternal nothingness. The vacant body belongs to Declan Gunn, a writer on the brink of suicide. Lucifer narrates his romps through escort service dates, cocaine-laced nights and, mostly, the thrills of the wondrous human sensorium. Lucifer options his life story-from his starring role with Adam and Eve to his struggles with an autocratic God-to a film producer and torments Declan's lover, Viola, with the promise of a juicy part in the upcoming movie. But for all his jauntiness, Lucifer must unexpectedly wrestle with Gunn's conscience, including Gunn's memories of Penelope, his alternately loathed and longed-for ex. When Lucifer makes the disastrous decision to see Penelope and forgive her for dumping him, he confronts the goodness of mercy, a battle that leaves him sick with nausea and cognitive disorientation. Lucifer tosses wisecracks around as if they were hand grenades. On the wickedness of a rival of Gunn's, he quips, "There's no murder in him, and only a very predictable dribble of lust. His soul, and billions like it, provide the cosmos with its muzak." Alas, Lucifer's wit doesn't often rise to this sharply satiric level: it's more like a series of outtakes from Bedazzled. This is the archetypal promising novel-the author's talent with words eclipses the substance of his story. ~ Amazon

The Fall of Lucifer (book) - I'm actually pretty embraced to be recommending this, as the author is an preachy evangelist *shutters* but until it gets too religious, it's a well-written book. Another fall from grace story which focuses on Lucifer, Gabriel, and Michael's brotherhood before, during, and after the fall.

Demon Angel (book) - For those of you who like romance novels. For two thousand years, Lilith wrought vengeance upon the evil and the damned, gathering souls for her father's armies Below and proving her fealty to her Underworld liege. Bound by a bargain with the devil and forbidden to feel pleasure, she draws upon her dark powers and serpentine grace to lead men into temptation. That is, until she faces her greatest temptation—Heaven's own Sir Hugh Castleford... Once a knight and now a Guardian, Hugh spent centuries battling demons—and the cursed, blood-drinking nosferatu. His purpose has always been to thwart the demon Lilith, even as he battles his treacherous hunger for her. But when a deadly alliance unleashes a threat to both humans and Guardians in modern-day San Francisco, angel and demon must fight together against unholy evil—and against a desire that has been too long denied...

Paradise Lost (music) - Symphony X's newest album which uses it's amazing music to tell the tale of the battle in heaven and the fall from grace of a third of the angelic host.

Two teasers on YouTube about the 4 more hours coming this summer. Not sure if I understand/like what they're doing with Lucifer. And aren't Aaron's wings supposed to be black?

I read here that the new episodes to Fallen will air August 3, 4 and 5th. There will be 4 hours in total.
